Payment Options
Payments are accepted via cash, check, and Visa or Mastercard.
Most insurances and Medicaid are accepted. It is wise to contact your insurance company to see if Penny is a preferred provider with them. If she isn’t, you can still call her. She may be able to work with your insurance carrier to provide you with services.
Payment at the time of service is preferred. Payment for the initial session is required unless you have Medicaid. Copayments are required at the time of service. Direct billing to your insurance is a provided courtesy. Payment plans can be discussed if there is a financial hardship.
