Payment Options

Payments are accepted via cash, check, and all major credit and debit cards, i.e., Mastercard, Visa, Discovery, American Express.

Most insurances and Medicaid are accepted. It is wise to contact your insurance company to see if Penny is a preferred provider with them. If she isn’t, you can still call her. She may be able to work with your carrier to provide you with services.

Payment at the time of service is preferred. Payment for the initial session is required unless you have Medicaid. Copayments are required at the time of service. Direct billing to your insurance is an option. Payment plans can be discussed if there is a financial hardship.
